I’m Sidney- a mother of 2, fertility doula, and postpartum doula, supporting women and families through pre-conception preparation, postpartum recovery, overnight care, and infant sleep shaping.

My work is steady, practical, and grounded in biology- helping mothers rest, recover, and adjust with more ease during a time of real physical, emotional, and even spiritual change.

Whether I’m supporting families overnight in the early weeks or helping women prepare their bodies & minds before pregnancy, my role is the same: to be a calm, consistent presence through the transition into parenthood.

I believe when parents are supported and well, that well-being ripples into the family they’re building together, ten-fold.
